Refunds

Captured payments on cancelled orders enter the refund review queue. Refund status is confirmed by the payment provider; sandbox transactions do not move money. Perishable food returns and quality complaints require store review. The operator must publish refund timelines, support contacts and any legally reviewed cancellation charges before launch.
